As a Community Manager and Content Manager for Always Brasil from P&G I was responsible for creating the visual and written content of each post, for the conversational calendar of the brand, for moderating the community, offering support for technical questions from professional hairdressers and also creating the weekly social media metrics reports for presentation to the brand managers and product owners.

I was also responsible for covering live events like campaigns with Celebrities and Runway Shows for all Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube)
